What's included with my purchase?
A nail kit is included in each purchase. The nail kit includes application instructions, nail glue, sticky tabs, a cuticle stick, alcohol prep pad and nail file.
What does "Sculpted" mean?
Sets that are listed as "Sculpted" nails have a much higher apex and deeper C-curve. This is recommended for people who have more curved or rounded nail beds. If you have a more flatter and wider nail bed, you can still use sculpted nails.
What if I want the nails featured but they aren't available in my size?
If you want a set that is featured on our website it can be made in your sizes, desired shape and length! Just purchase it as the "Custom Order Deposit" and it will be charged at the same cost as the featured set, rather than a custom set.
What If I Want Customized Nails?
Not interested in any of the styles in stock? We got you covered! Custom orders can be purchased by paying a deposit that goes towards the final cost of your nails. Select the size, length and shape of the nails you want when adding "Custom Order" to your cart.
NOTE: Please email me with your request prior to purchasing a slot. The request should look like this:
- Theme/event: (ex. holiday nails or birthday nails)
- Specific details/requests (ex. no glitter or include 3D art)
- Inspo photos indicating what you like/dislike on them
- Date you need them by if applicable
You will receive a confirmation email within 24hrs confirming the details of your order, the final price (minus the order slot deposit) and a link to complete the purchase.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?
All sets are made by hand. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.
How Do I Determine My Nail Size?
You can purchase a custom sizing kit if you are unsure of your sizes and need a perfect fit. You can also inquire about the photo scaling method (there is room for inaccuracy with this method)
Do You Ship Outside of the US?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship domestically.
